The stopper broke. But I didnt want to reach out for an exchange because I got tired of waiting for the items to reach... I didnt want to wait again for a replacement.

I love the design, but, material can be improved further. Or maybe just the backing holding the lip, can it be rubber(glued on) instead of 3d printed material?

Does not work lip balm falls out have lost so many. Want a refund.

We’re so sorry to hear that!

To better understand the issue, could you let us know what is causing the holder to not close properly? (Is there a breakage in the mechanism etc.) If possible, we’d also really appreciate any photos or a short video, as that would help us assess the problem more clearly and understand whether there is anything we can improve in the design.

At the moment, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do provide a 90-day warranty for repairs or replacements in cases where an item is found to be defective.

Love it soooo much. Bought this as a gift for my friend and she LOVED it. Definitely need to buy MULTIPLE for all my bags as well.
