Natura currently does not accept returns or refunds.

90 Days Warranty

We offer free repairs for accidental damages under 90 days from receiving your order. Beyond the 90 days, repair fees will be charged at our discretion. Please contact us directly via IG dm, or Telegram for more information on your warranty.

Although we primarily 3D print our products, the post processing/hand painting is done by hand. Hence, please expect minor differences in detail with every product ordered.

Layer lines are cosmetic features present on all 3D printed items and even though we try to reduce how apparent they are, it is impossible to fully remove it from all pieces
