What are the T&Cs?
can i get repairs after 30 day warranty ends?
After 30 days, paid repairs may still be available through the Natura Repair Service, subject to assessment and component availability.
When will I get my order?
Made-to-Order: ships in 2 weeks.
In-stock (Domestic): arrives in ~5 days.
International: allow ~20 working days after dispatch.
Why doesn't my piece look exact to the listing image?
Although we primarily 3D print our products, the post processing/hand painting is done by hand. Hence, please expect minor differences in detail with every product ordered.
Why do some pieces have uneven texture?
Layer lines are cosmetic features present on all 3D printed items and even though we try to reduce how apparent they are, it is impossible to fully remove it from all pieces
